Our turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

 

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL.

The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. Our parcels ship plastic-free ♻️.

UK

Royal Mail / Evri 24 services: 1 to 3 days

Royal Mail / Evri 48 services: 2 to 5 days

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the customer to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

 

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or DHL depending on the shipping method/destination.

 

We take every step to be as transparent as possible about our product. However, should you change your mind for any other reason other than a product fault, please send us an email contact@kindacool.shop and will take care of it from there.

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
